Recently we went to the Burnsville Center with Aunt Sheri and cousins Eli and Evan and Papa. The little playpark they had was a disappointment, but since Eli was there, Lilly had a great time!
The first picture is of Lilly at the Children's Museum in the Clifford exhibit. Her favorite thing was to drive this bus/car thingy and I had to 'encourage' her to leave in order for the other kids to have a turn. The next 3 pictures are of us at my dad's birthday. So, we've got Lilly hugging a very excited Eli. (I think he was upset because he wanted more cookies than his parents wanted him to have.) Then Grandma & Papa Rickabaugh with cousins Eli & Evan. And last, Lilly with Mama, Daddy and Baby Brother, too :)
Well, when winter gets long, we need to get creative with our indoor surroundings :) In the first few pictures, Lilly helped me make play-doh in her favorite color-blue. In the next pic, she's with her cousins Elijah and Evan as they came over for a playdate. The next few pics show Lilly doing some of her favorite things; playing on her computer and riding the train while wearing Daddy's hat. The last few pictures show her being giggly with Daddy and "cutting" mama's hair. BTW, we have no idea where she picked this up, since she's never seen anyone's hair get cut ?!?!?
In the spirit of Valentine's Day, we decorated some yummy cookies! Everything is nice, clean and orderly in the first picture (just the way I like it) and progressively gets messier by the end (the way Lilly likes it.) She had fun picking out "white" or "brown" frosting and deciding which sprinkles to put on. She also had great restraint when it came to choosing between decorating another cookie or eating a cookie-I think she decorated 4 cookies before caving and deciding to eat one!
